Course Objective
This course will provide attendees with a rock-solid foundation of the digital marketing ecosystem. It will equip them with the know-how and confidence to thrive in the rapidly changing digital landscape. Most importantly, attendees will pick up proven tools and actionable tips you can apply right away to help your business or career.
In this 3-day course, attendees will learn the secrets of industry veterans from the world’s top marketing agencies such as Ogilvy, DDB, and Publicis Groupe. With their help, attendees will learn how to build and nurture relationships with their customers and prospects to drive awareness, generate demand, and build long-term loyalty.
By the end of this course, attendees will learn how to:

Program Information
PART 01 - Developing your digital marketing strategy
In this section, the topics covered will help attendees in defining their target audience, mapping the customer’s journey and setting SMART digital marketing goals.
PART 02 - Taking your business online
In part 2, the focus of Digital marketing is to bring the business online. attendees will learn how to set their web presence, understand how people behave online and the steps they can take to help people find business easily online.
PART 03 - Leveling up your digital game
After setting the foundations and basics, it is time to enhance the Digital marketing efforts by knowing and creating content that people want, learn how business can boost their efforts with paid advertising, as well as how they can further engage with current and would-be customers.
PART 04 - Playing to win in the digital space
The last section of the course helps attendees get acquainted with digital analytics, knowing how to make smarter decisions when running campaigns and keeping up with the evolving digital landscape.
Assessment
Course assessment will be based on classroom exercises, case studies and attendance rate.
